Financial Transparency
Right to receive a detailed, itemized bill and an explanation of the estimated costs prior to admission.
Second Opinion
Right to seek a second opinion from another doctor within or outside the hospital without fear of compromise to your care.

Your Responsibilities
To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible care, we kindly ask that you:
- Provide Accurate Information: Give complete and accurate details about your medical history, current medications, and allergies.
- Follow Treatment Plans: Follow the prescribed treatment plan and instructions given by doctors and nurses.
- Respect Rules: Abide by the hospital rules regarding visiting hours, noise levels, and the no-smoking policy.
- Clear Dues: Ensure that financial obligations for the healthcare services received are fulfilled promptly.
- Respect Staff: Treat the hospital staff, other patients, and visitors with courtesy and respect.
Feedback & Grievances
Your feedback helps us improve. If your rights have not been respected or if you have a complaint regarding our services, you have the right to register a grievance.
